Will Forney

Will Forney is a seasoned professional in water resources and environmental science, serving as Principal and Founder of Will Forney LLC since April 2019. Currently, Forney holds advisory roles at Gybe and Echo River Capital, focusing on geospatial water monitoring and investment in early-stage water technology companies. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Washington State University, a Technical Consultant for the Willamette Partnership, and Principal Investigator at the U.S. Geological Survey, overseeing projects related to non-point source pollution and groundwater dynamics. Forney's educational background includes a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University, a Master’s in Watershed Hydrology and Biogeochemistry from Washington State University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
