Peter Strupp

Peter Strupp is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate financial advisory, management consulting, and staffing solutions. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Summit Prospect since August 2023, Strupp focuses on raising equity and debt for high-growth companies in CEE markets. As a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Resources Committee at Fulbright Poland since April 2020, Strupp contributes to U.S.-Polish relations. Previous roles include Partner at Achieve Dynamics, where Strupp provided managerial advisory services to major global clients, and Partner at UBD SA Learning & Development, focusing on corporate learning and digital services. Notable past positions also include President of the Board at Staffer Sp z o. o. and CEO of Intersource, where Strupp developed one of Poland's largest temporary staffing companies. Strupp's educational background includes management training from Harvard Business School and a BA in History from The George Washington University.
