Anne Lenfant

Anne LENFANT has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Chargée de Développement et d'Industrialisation at Gyma SAS since 1996. Responsibilities include improving processes, optimizing recipes for cold sauces and dressings, and qualifying procedures related to emulsification and pasteurization. Previous roles include Responsable R&D, overseeing research and development teams across production sites in France and Germany, and Ingénieur Chef de projet, focusing on client briefs and new product development, particularly for the fast food sector. Earlier in their career, Anne LENFANT was an Ingénieur R&D et Qualité at SEPAM from 1991 to 1996, where Anne developed new cooking processes for fifth-range vegetables and implemented quality control measures. Educational qualifications include attendance at the Institut Supérieur d'Agriculture de Lille and CESIA.
