GymAware is a renowned global brand that specializes in providing Velocity Based Training (VBT) solutions. Our premium products, GymAware RS and FLEX, are designed to help coaches and athletes of all levels measure and track strength training activities in the weight room, leading to improved performance. Our technology has been a crucial component of weight training for professional athletes across various sporting disciplines, helping hundreds of teams and individuals prepare for their career-defining moments on the field.

GymAware is trusted by elite athletes and coaches worldwide, and our systems are used in weight rooms across 67% of NBA teams, 41% of NFL teams, 68% of NHL teams, 77% of MLB teams, and many more in various elite leagues. We have some notable case studies that showcase the effectiveness of our technology, such as the Milwaukee Bucks, who rely on GymAware for in-season training data to stay ahead of the game. The Singapore Sports Institute, Dutch Olympic Team, US Ski, and English Institutes of Sport also use GymAware technology as part of their daily training regimes. While our technology is not directly visible or obvious during a high-stakes performance, its significant role in preparing athletes for success cannot be overstated or ignored.

As the leading choice for VBT tools, one of our key objectives has been to make quality VBT products accessible to everyone, regardless of budget. This vision helped us drive the development of the world's first and only laser-based VBT device, the GymAware FLEX, which has also received independent scientific validation.
