Dina Hu

Dina Hu is an accomplished professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as a Board Observer at Gymble since March 2022. With a strong background in real estate investment, Dina held the position of Senior Fellow in Prop Tech & Cloud SaaS at Illuminate Ventures from November 2021 to May 2023 and co-founded Ark7, a real estate crowdfunding platform, where responsibilities included properties underwriting and capital structuring. Previous experience includes significant roles at Morgan Stanley focusing on real estate investment strategies, Colliers International as an Investment Specialist and Manager, and JLL leading office leasing and asset management initiatives. Dina began a career in real estate finance at Standard Chartered Bank as a Real Estate Credit Underwriter. Educational credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School with triple majors and a Bachelor's degree in Law and Management from Northwest University of Political Science and Law.
