Tom Bliss is a seasoned personal trainer at Gymbox Chancery Lane since November 2016, where the focus is on delivering personalized training sessions to a growing client base. In addition to this role, Tom has served as an ambassador for Switch the Play since April 2015, contributing to the development of individuals through sport. Previously, Tom was the head coach for Cobham RFC’s U14 and U13 teams, leading the U13s to win the Surrey county championships in 2016. Tom's rugby career includes playing professionally for teams such as Richmond RFC, San Diego Breakers, and Wasps, with notable achievements including earning a cap for USA Rugby during the inaugural Americas Rugby Championship. Tom holds a degree in Information Management and Business Studies from Loughborough University and completed earlier studies in History, Economics, and Physical Education at Epsom College.
