Brady Hook has been in the customer service industry since 2007. Brady began their career at Bodybuilding.com as a Customer Service Representative and worked their way up to Customer Service QA Manager. Brady then took on roles as a Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Service Team Lead, Team Manager, and Sr. Manager. In 2022, Brady Hook became the Director of Customer Service at Gymreapers.
Brady Hook is currently enrolled at Boise State University. Brady has obtained two certifications in the past, Interviewing Skills for Supervisors from TrainingToday in July 2012, and Call Center Supervision from Call Center School in December 2011.
