Gemma D. currently serves as a Talent Development Partner at Gymshark, where responsibilities have included roles as Performance and Culture Partner and Learning Experience Designer since November 2020. Prior to this, Gemma held positions such as Academy Coach and Sales Consultant at Staysure from November 2018 to October 2020, and was a Self-Employed Photographer and Retoucher at Flashworks Photography for over a decade. Previous experience also includes Recruitment Consultant at Lux Recruitment, Internal Recruitment and Photography Sales Trainer at Bounty UK Ltd, and Creative Designer and Photographer at Profectus Marketing Solutions Ltd. Gemma D. is currently pursuing a Psychology Degree BS (Hons) at Arden University, alongside a Diploma of Education in Neuro Linguistic Programming and a Level 5 CIPD qualification in Learning and Development. A National Diploma in Art and Design was earned from WCG between 2007 and 2009.
