Jay Markiewicz

Jay Markiewicz is an accomplished academic and entrepreneur serving as Associate Professor and Executive Director of Entrepreneurship Programs at Virginia Commonwealth University since June 2014, focusing on the development of innovative entrepreneurship initiatives within the Richmond Ecosystem. As the Founder and CEO of JTM Global LLC, Markiewicz aids organizations in enhancing business performance through mindset transformation. Additional roles include serving as Strategic Advisor for Gyrus Systems, Master Facilitator and Chief Architect of The Entrepreneur's Journey at The Henry Ford Entrepreneurship Academy, and holding board positions with the Live Red Foundation INC and Venture Forum RVA. Markiewicz's previous experience also includes delivering workshops at Georgetown and contributing as a Special Correspondent for Richmond Times-Dispatch.
