Mark Conway

Mark Conway has extensive experience in the adhesives industry. Mark started their career as a Sales Representative at 3M and later worked as a Sales professional at Honeywell. In 1996, they became a Regional Sales Manager at Henkel of America. In 1997, Conway co-founded and became the Executive Vice President of Cyberbond, an adhesives manufacturer with locations in multiple countries. In 2016, H.B. Fuller acquired Cyberbond, and Conway and their partners were asked to lead the company. Conway held various leadership roles at H.B. Fuller, including Business Director Americas, General Industries, and Business Director III Americas, Durable Assembly. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President Engineering Adhesives Americas & Global Durable Assembly at H.B. Fuller, responsible for the P&L of Engineering Adhesives for the Americas and global responsibility for the Durable Assembly Division.

Mark Conway attended St. Xavier High School from 1983 to 1987. Mark then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Dayton from 1987 to 1992.
