Michael Schmidt

Michael Schmidt is an experienced Information Security Manager at H.B. Fuller since March 2012, where responsibilities include implementing an Information Security Management System, maintaining EndPoint Security, enhancing user awareness, and leading a global security team. Prior to this role, Michael served as an SAP Technical Manager, overseeing the technical environment and services for SAP projects. Previously, at Forbo, Michael held the positions of CSO - Information Security Officer and IT Manager EMEA, focusing on IT security management systems, compliance, and network systems, respectively. Michael began the career as an IT System and Network Administrator at Forbo Adhesives Deutschland GmbH, gaining extensive experience in network implementation and administration. Educationally, Michael holds a Diplom in Mathematics from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, completed in 1997.
