朱崇源

崇源 朱 is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. They served as the HRD at Tonsan, a joint venture of H.B. Fuller, since 2016, overseeing three sales divisions, two plants, and one R&D center. Prior to this, they held significant positions at companies such as San Miguel Corporation, where they worked as a Training Manager and HR Manager, and Fedders Corporation as HRD. 崇源 also had a successful entrepreneurial venture as the owner and GM of J-stone Co. They hold a bachelor's degree in Economics and Industrial Enterprise Management from 首都经济贸易大学 and an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington. Currently, they are also involved as an investor in private ventures since 2018.
