Rick Baxter

Rick Baxter is a Senior Territory Manager at H.B. Fuller, responsible for sales across several states, including Delaware, Maine, and parts of New York and Pennsylvania, focusing on products for the Thermal Industrial Insulation and HVAC markets. As the owner of Rick Baxter & Associates, Rick has represented major manufacturers in the Thermal Industrial Insulation protection markets since 1986, selling products through distribution to industries such as nuclear facilities, oil refineries, and food processing. Prior to this, Rick served as Assistant Plant Manager at Childers Products Company from 1974 to 1987. Rick Baxter holds a degree from Strayer University, completed between 2005 and 2007, and graduated from Pennsbury High School in 1974.
