Marchelle J. Wright

Marchelle J. Wright is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Early career roles at Valassis included Human Resources Supervisor, Director of Client Services, and Integration Director, managing HR functions for over 700 employees and overseeing integration efforts for a digital advertising firm. At ViacomCBS, Marchelle served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, facilitating HR operations during the merger with CBS Interactive while supporting technology and executive leadership teams. Subsequent roles as Chief People Officer at Group Black and currently at My Code focus on promoting diversity and empowering communities through strategic HR initiatives.
