Pablo Rivera is the VP of Publisher Development at H Code. Pablo has over 8 years of experience in the media and marketing industry. Pablo has a proven track record of building successful teams and developing efficiencies and scale through data driven marketing strategies.

Pablo started their career as a Director of Ad Operations and Network Development at Alcance Media Group. Pablo was responsible for overseeing and developing both the Ad Operations and Publishing teams. Pablo was also responsible for managing the Ad network economy by daily monitoring and analyzing supply and demand on all publishers and vendors.

In September 2015, Pablo joined H Code as the Sr. Director of Ad Operations and Network Development. In this role, they were responsible for building the leading US Theirpanic digital marketing platform. Pablo was also responsible for creating efficiencies and scale through data driven marketing strategies to unlock value for advertisers and increase revenue for publishers.

In their current role as the VP of Publisher Development at H Code, Pablo is responsible for driving growth and revenue for the company by working with publishers to develop innovative marketing solutions that drive results. Pablo is a proven leader with a passion for driving results through teamwork and collaboration.

Pablo Rivera has a B.S. in Business Administrations from Notre Dame de Namur University with a focus in International Business, a Minor in Spanish/Latin Studies from the same school, and a high school diploma from Gunn High School. Pablo also has certification from Google in DoubleClick Bid Manager Fundamentals and DoubleClick For Publishers (DFP).

Their manager is Parker Morse, Founder & CEO. They work with Pia Kirk - Senior Publisher Development Manager, Jennifer White - COO, and Monica Collins - Account Director, East.
