H. Douglas Advisory is an independent advisory practice and the platform through which I work directly with healthcare organizations that need operational support without adding a full-time hire.

My background spans more than twenty years across physician practices, multi-site healthcare groups, hospital-based operations, specialty group leadership, and PE-backed platform environments. I have worked on both the practice side and the platform side of healthcare growth, including leading inside MSO and platform structures and running organizations through acquisition, transition, and post-close stabilization.

The work is practical by design. The goal is not to make healthcare operations sound more complicated. It is to help the right people see the issue clearly, understand what is actually getting in the way, and move the work forward with a plan that holds together across the people, processes, systems, and decisions that matter.

Engagements include operational diligence, post-close transition, fractional leadership, operating capacity, team performance, and advisory support for practices, platforms, investors, and healthcare technology companies.

When you reach out, you work directly with me. No intake team. No handoff.
