Chris Pelton

Chris Pelton currently serves as Store Leader at H-E-B, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this, Chris was the Store Director at Target from October 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading a large team of executives, team leaders, and over 200 team members to optimize daily operations and surpass sales and profit objectives. Chris's extensive experience at Target began in June 2009 as a Store Director, focusing on all aspects of store management, including the development and training of more than 300 employees and 40 leaders. Chris's career at Target also included roles as Store Team Leader and Executive Team Lead in Logistics, starting in May 2004. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Weatherford College.
