Jay Baker

Jay Baker, CPP, PSP, currently serves as a Senior Security Systems Integrator at HEB since September 2012, focusing on the research, design, and development of technical specifications for security systems supporting loss prevention and safety across various HEB facilities. Prior to this role, Jay was the Vice Chair of the Austin Chapter 179 of ASIS International from January 2008 to December 2012 and served as a Security Systems Manager at Temple Inland from April 2003 to May 2012, where responsibilities included the design and oversight of physical security and fire systems. Earlier experience includes a position as Security Systems Supervisor at Guaranty Bank from August 1996 to April 2003, managing the Security Operations Center and specializing in CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. Jay's educational background includes studies at Austin Community College from 1984 to 1989.
