John Craig

John Craig has over a decade of experience in the meat procurement and operations sectors, currently serving as a Business Development Manager for Meat Procurement at H-E-B since December 2011. Previously, John held positions as a Meat Buyer and Operations Leader - Manufacturing within the same company. Prior to H-E-B, John worked at JBS as a Beef Quality Assurance professional and at Cargill in Beef Operations. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from Angelo State University and is a Certified Strategic Negotiator from Conlego Negotiations Training Academy.
