Justin Turner is an accomplished technology leader with over a decade of experience at H-E-B, currently serving as the Managing Director of Software Engineering in Digital Pharmacy & Wellness. Justin has a strong track record of leading engineering efforts in the Digital Pharmacy and Wellness sectors, successfully navigating organizational changes and driving significant growth. With previous roles ranging from Senior Director to Software Engineering Manager, Justin has consistently focused on modernizing technology systems and enhancing team capabilities across various initiatives. Prior to H-E-B, Justin gained valuable experience as a Correctional Officer at the Texas Department Of Criminal Justice. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Sam Houston State University.
