Keith Craft

Keith Craft is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Analyst I and Outbound Shipment Planning Team Lead at H-E-B since October 2020, Keith has previously held roles including Operations Team Lead at Parkway Transport, Inc., and Inbound Logistics Analyst at Ben E. Keith Foods, where responsibilities included routing and scheduling inbound freight. Earlier experience includes work as a Supply Chain Analyst at Accenture, where buying and customer assurance activities were performed, and as a Courier, Dangerous Goods Specialist, and Material Handler at FedEx Express. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain and Operations Management, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
