Luis Eduardo D. serves as the CISO and Sub Director of Cybersecurity at H-E-B since June 2022, focusing on governance, risk management, and compliance standards, including PCI-DSS and ISO27000. As a member of the International Advisory Board for CCISO in EC-Council-Americas since January 2021, expertise in IT governance and cybersecurity risk is provided. Previously, Luis Eduardo held the position of Global Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk & Compliance lead at Vitro for three years, implementing information security management systems and ISO standards. Prior roles included Chief Information Security Officer at Grupo Avalanz/Zignia Live, Information Security Manager at izzi telecom, Infrastructure Network Security Leader at HP, and various security-focused positions in financial institutions and telecommunications. Luis Eduardo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems from Universidad TecMilenio.
