Lynette Padalecki is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the grocery and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Financial and Analytics Officer at H-E-B Grocery Company since 1994, Lynette has also held the position of Chief Analytics Officer within the same organization. Prior to H-E-B, Lynette worked in internal audit at Valero Energy Corporation from 1992 to 1994 and began their career as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young from 1989 to 1992. Educationally, Lynette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Mary's University and has furthered studies at Harvard Business School.
