Manoj Kottam is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in identity and access management (IAM) across various roles. Currently serving at H-E-B since March 2023, Manoj leads the modernization of the IAM platform and facilitates cross-functional collaboration for transitioning to a new Identity Provider. Previously, Manoj held multiple positions at Oracle, including Software Development Manager and Senior Principal Software Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from team mentorship and strategy formulation to developing a robust Identity as a Service platform. Additional experience includes stints at Homeward Residential, Inc. and Keste, contributing to significant projects in enterprise solutions and software engineering.
