Mark Hauerland has extensive experience in grocery merchandising and retail operations, currently serving as the Director of Grocery Merchandising at H-E-B since February 2013. Prior roles at H-E-B include Director of Retail Operations and Regional Director of Drugstore and General Merchandise, following an earlier tenure from December 1996 to January 2013, where Mark held positions such as Unit Director, Talent Manager, and Store Director. Mark Hauerland earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2018.
