Marvin Hetzel, PhD, MBA, CPP, currently serves as a Product Development and Packaging Innovation Manager at H-E-B Grocery Co, where they have worked since 2009. They also hold the position of Packaging Engineering Manager at H-E-B. Marvin is actively pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Transformational Leadership from Our Lady of the Lake University while having previously earned an MBA in International Business, Marketing, and International Relations from Middle Tennessee State University. Additionally, Marvin is the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Earn-A-Bike, an organization dedicated to promoting healthy living and cycling in underserved communities in San Antonio.
