Matthew Groves

Matthew Groves is an experienced sourcing manager at H-E-B, where responsibilities include managing indirect spend through RFI/RFP events, category management, vendor management, and tactical initiatives since May 2017. Previously, Matthew served as a supply chain analyst, focusing on analysis and capital planning for HEB's private fleet. Earlier experience at BNSF Railway as a trainmaster involved planning and coordinating the movement of inventory and company assets while maintaining communication with customers and reviewing performance metrics. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Texas A&M University, earned in 2014.
