Matthew Kitchens

Matthew Kitchens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at H-E-B since May 2017, Matthew has held various roles within the company, including Associate Human Resources Manager and General Merchandise Leader. Prior to this, Matthew worked at WELLBORN SPECIAL UTILITY DISTRICT as a GIS Coordinator/Technician, where responsibilities included mapping utility features and managing customer data. Earlier in the career, Matthew was an Assistant Manager at Farm Patch Grocery, beginning as a bagger/cashier and progressing to tackle inventory management and vendor communication. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Leadership Education and Development, Geographical Information Science and Technology from Texas A&M University, earned between 2012 and 2017.
