Raul Pena, MBA, is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in project management and healthcare administration. Currently serving as an Operations Leader at H-E-B since August 2020, Raul has previously worked as an Administrative Specialist at Parallon, where responsibilities included ensuring high-quality patient care and managing account information. At the University of the Incarnate Word, Raul held the position of Project Manager, coordinating events, managing budgets, and supporting campus organizations with data analytics using SQL and Python. Raul also has experience as a Healthcare Administrator at Todays Vision, focusing on departmental goals, financials, and implementing analytics to enhance decision-making.
