Scott Long is a seasoned design researcher currently serving as a Staff Design Researcher at H-E-B since January 2023. Prior to this role, Scott held positions at IBM iX as Design Director and at IBM as Design Researcher and Design Lead from 2016 to early 2023. Scott's professional journey also includes experience as a Senior Consultant and Design Researcher at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2013 to 2016, and an earlier role as an Associate at Caerus Associates, LLC from 2010 to 2012. Scott's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Strategy and International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Swarthmore College.
