Tammi Frederick has been working at H-E-B since March 2006 in various roles, including Vice President of Quality Assurance and Food Safety. Prior to H-E-B, Tammi worked at Food Safety Net Services, Ltd. as the VP of Technical Services. Tammi has a Master's degree in Meat Science from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M University.
