H.Glass is a Swiss based company offering a new generation of products that use cutting edge technology developed in-house to enable a convenient life style while reducing our footprint on our planet.

Our company brings together an international team of 50 employees on 2 sites: production facilities in Villaz-St-Pierre and Research and Development hubs in EPFL Innovation Park and Ecublens.

Our Company was established in 2011 with the vision of a better tomorrow, where Technology is inspired by Nature and would live together in harmony.
We started our journey in the field of Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV), bringing the technology of Dye-sensitized solar cells to industry through large pilot projects which were recognized and acclaimed by several prestigious awards including a “Watt d’Or” in 2014.

These early recognitions gave us the confidence that we were on the right path, but we also acknowledged the needs of our generation to prepare a better future for the planet.

Photovoltaics were only one of the pillars supporting our vision.

In 2018, we set up 3 new R&D departments and started exploring not just how electronic consumer goods of tomorrow could look like, but also how technology should be balanced with nature. Our teams are composed of passionate individuals who are respectively experts in Electronics, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Material Sciences, Chemistry and Biology, to give us a holistic approach to every product we design, every work process we deploy and every change we make to better ourselves.

Today, we are stepping forward to achieving our vision, developing a full range of low footprint and sustainable products for everyone.

H.Glass is a company where Employees means Partners, where Future is Green and where Work is done with Teams working Together.

Together, we aim at providing people with a better life tomorrow.
