Volker Wacker

Volker Wacker has built a robust culinary career, beginning as an apprentice at Restaurant Gut Schwarzenbruch from 1993 to 1996. They served in the Bundeswehr as a marine cook from 1996 to 2000 before progressing through various roles, including Chef de Partie at Sieghard Eder Gourmethotel Hippach and Souschef at Dorint AG. Wacker held the position of Küchenchef at both Alemannia Aachen and InterContinental Hotels Group between 2012 and 2015. Currently, they serve as Corporate Executive Chef at H-Hotels.com while also pursuing their Küchenmeister degree at TÜV Rheinland IHK Aachen.
