Eric Chu

Eric CHU is a seasoned professional in property management and asset management, currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at H Properties since April 2021, and as a part-time lecturer in property management with the Vocational Training Council since October 2021. Eric has previously held positions such as Property Manager at Koon Wah Mirror Group, Assistant Manager at Hopewell Holdings Limited, and Assistant Customer Services and Operations Manager at Harbour City Estates Limited. Early career experiences include serving as Senior Estate Officer and Estate Officer at Chinese Estates Holdings Limited. Eric holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Housing Studies, both from City University of Hong Kong.
