Tina Mulhearne company owner and Lead Human Resource Consultant has a Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.  She has worked in senior positions with companies both in Ireland and abroad and prides herself on H.R. Direct's ability to deliver on projects on time and within budget.
