Norbert Schuster is currently the Team Leader for Automation at Quest One, focusing on the development of systems for hydrogen production through PEM electrolysis. Previously, Norbert held the position of Development Engineer in Electrical Engineering and Automation at H-TEC SYSTEMS from 2020 to 2023 and worked as an Automation Engineer at Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft from 2014 to 2020. Norbert earned a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering as well as Technology Management from Technische Hochschule Augsburg, where they studied from 2010 to 2019. Norbert completed a vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician at Böwe Systec AG from 2005 to 2009.
