Ashlee Orange has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ashlee began their career at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Burlington, Camden, & Gloucester Counties as a School Based Case Manager, where they organized and supervised mentoring programs in multiple school districts. Ashlee then joined IQVIA, where they held various roles, including Customer Success Manager, Head of Data Services & Analytics, and Head of Cost Benchmarking. In these positions, they managed customer relationships, implemented and trained clients on SaaS platforms, and oversaw data solutions teams. Most recently, Ashlee worked at H1 as a Senior Customer Success Manager and eventually moved up to Vice President and then Group Vice President of Client Services & Success. Ashlee'sresponsibilities included leading customer success organizations, driving engagement, and building trusted relationships with customers.

Ashlee Orange attended Cinnaminson High School from 2001 to 2005, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Ashlee then moved on to Kean University in 2005 for one year, studying Communications. From 2006 to 2009, Ashlee studied Law and Justice at Rowan University, earning their Bachelor of Arts degree.
