Massimo Masini

Massimo Masini serves as the Chief Executive Officer at NWI Precision since March 2025 and is a Board Member on the Operations & Manufacturing Advisory Board at H2 Clipper, Inc. since November 2021. Additionally, Massimo holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Management Operations Quality & Supply Chain at California State University-Long Beach, focusing on Management Operations, Supply Chain, Lean Six Sigma, IoT, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and 3D Printing. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at TS Conductor (2021-2025), and Vice President of Operations for the West Region at Bodycote (2020-2021), as well as various leadership positions in aerospace operations at TECT Power, Inc., B/E Aerospace, CTC Global, and Technicolor, where extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management was gained. Massimo began a career in aerospace at Aerospace ThyssenKrupp, where operational efficiencies were improved. Educational qualifications include an MBA from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master's degree in Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
