Aiko Katoh

Aiko Katoh is an entrepreneur and strategic advisor with extensive experience in finance, e-commerce, and technology. They began their career at Goldman Sachs in Tokyo and London, focusing on corporate governance and risk management. Aiko launched Glossybox's beauty subscription service in Japan, achieving profitability in its first year, and later served as Managing Director for Houzz in Asia, significantly expanding the company's presence. Currently, Aiko is the founder of coichigo, which aims to support working mothers and increase female leadership in Japan.
