Roger Egan III has a long and varied career history. In 2002, they began their career as a Corporate Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America. In 2003, they moved to Madrid, Spain to work as an Associate at Omega Capital. In 2004, they co-founded Integro Insurance Brokers, which was the largest US venture capital deal of 2005. In 2011, they co-founded and served as CEO of RedMart, an online grocer acquired by Alibaba. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Lazada as the Group Head of Supermarket for the Alibaba Group. In 2020, they were a Fellow at the Edmund Hillary Fellowship (EHF). In 2021, they were a Transcend Fellow W21 at Transcend Network. In 2022, they became a Co-founder & CEO of Nurture, and an Advisory Board Member & Founding Chapter Director in Barcelona for H2.
Roger Egan III attended the Delbarton School from 1993 to 1998. Roger then went on to the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a BA in Economics from 1998 to 2002. In 2010, they completed an MBA in Entrepreneurship from INSEAD.
