Gen Z is facing a unique crisis. H22™ AI Inc. provides a solution.

With disappearing entry-level roles, a destabilized job market, and nonstop noise about automation and uncertainty, Gen Z is traversing an entirely new landscape. They are looking for identity, belonging, self-understanding, and agency. H22 exists to meet this moment with something personal and trustworthy — a dynamic AI-native platform for life and career navigation — to help them cope with the rapidly changing world of work.

H22 is a guide that starts with the individual and helps them build momentum with clarity and purpose. This is done through the “Blueprint of You™,” a dynamic personal profile organized across three paths and 22 dimensions that help users surface hidden strengths, new skills, and explore emerging career paths they may not have explored.

We believe the future of work should be human-centered, ethical, and rooted in agency. Our foundational values include psychological safety, radical transparency in plain language, privacy and data sovereignty, and vital collaboration with the generations inheriting the future.
