H2 Advisory Company Profile

Our story began in 2012, the culmination of a shared vision between a group of experts from the UK, USA, Canada, and Saudi Arabia. Our singular aim was to influence sustainable growth by bringing excellence to the forefront of every engagement.

H2 Advisory has positioned itself as a luminary in the MENA region, thanks to our comprehensive and multifaceted portfolio. Our success stems from our mindful integration of cultural subtleties and regional particularities into our strategic approach, thereby emphasising the three core elements of context, character, and culture.

Our ability to foster effective collaborations and implement scalable strategies has allowed us to forge meaningful partnerships with some of the industry's most significant players such as Amazon, DGDA, PNU, Dubai Police Force Academy, Barclays, Ministry of Culture, Andalusia Wellness Centre and Society of Down Syndrome (SAUT). These relationships underscore the significance of our ground breaking Emotional Intelligence Mapping concept in driving organisational development.

Our team's blend of global and regional expertise, combined with our pioneering patented psychological models allows us to deeply understand and integrate key components of leadership culture. We appreciate the importance of employee experience, the necessity of change management, the impact of workplace culture to bring about substantial changes and drive significant results, propelling our clients on a trajectory of sustainable growth and success.
