H3 Federation was formed in April 2023, as a partnership between 3 schools in Camden, London. Our mission is to be a place for all to learn and to grow.

Our Federation comprises Haverstock School (a happy and high-achieving mainstream secondary and Sixth Form), Harmood School (an outstanding SEMH secondary special school) and Heath School (a supportive and encouraging secondary pupil referral unit). 

Our 3 schools work closely in partnership to share expertise and resources – and to create better outcomes for our young people. Within the Federation, each school has the space to flourish with its own identity and community.

We value our staff very highly, and working for a school n the Federation can create great opportunities to move between schools, to develop your career and to learn new skills. 

To ensure we have the very best team, we keep our approach simple: reducing your workload wherever possible and investing heavily in your professional development through our world class CPD programme.
