Tom Chen

Tom Chen has over 20 years of experience in information technology and management, currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at 新华三集团 since July 2015. Prior experience includes working as an IT Director at Cisco Systems, where responsibilities involved business and IT strategy alignment, project management, and IT architecture design. Tom also held the position of IT Manager at 杭州华三通信技术有限公司 overseeing ERP strategy and IT service for Supply Chain and Finance. Early in the career, Tom served as an ERP Consultant at MiTAC Inc., focusing on Oracle ERP implementation. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Central South University.
