Wayne Flint

As Marketing Manager, Wayne Flint is responsible for developing and implementing the promotion and positioning of H&A Scientific, Inc. and all products and services it provides. He manages all of H&A’s social media accounts, website development and analytics, print and digital advertising, and all the tradeshows H&A attends. He also works closely with Business Development.

Originally from the Minneapolis area, Wayne holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. Upon earning his master’s degree, his career transitioned from IT and Data Management into the areas of software development and product management. His passion for startups and branding later helped move him into the marketing industry and now his current role with H&A.

In his spare time, Mr. Flint enjoys traveling, exercising, music, volunteering as a high school football coach, and chasing his kids around every chance he gets.
