Tom Kemp is a seasoned professional in the purchasing and engineering sectors, currently serving as Direct Purchasing Manager at MoneyGram Haas F1 Team since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Commodity Buyer at YASA and Buyer - Prototype at Gordon Murray Design. With a background in technical purchasing at Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains and McLaren Racing, Tom has demonstrated expertise in managing complex procurement processes. Earlier roles as Project Engineer involved leading aerospace and automotive projects, coupled with a foundation in customer service from lifeguarding positions during academic tenure. Tom holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Materials Science from the University of Birmingham.
