Patrick Breuer

Patrick Breuer currently serves as the Managing Director for DACH and the Netherlands at Habyt, managing a diverse portfolio of over 4,000 residential and commercial units. With extensive experience in real estate and financial services, Patrick has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at mietshausverkaufen, where responsibility included the scaling of business operations and development of buyer agents for real estate investors. Previous positions encompass Head of Mortgage Product at McMakler and Head of Bank Services at smava GmbH, where Patrick successfully improved operational efficiency and managed large teams.
