Dani Tan is an accomplished career and leadership coach with extensive experience in supporting professionals in various sectors. Currently serving as the Head Career Coach at Beach Commute since April 2025 and as the Program Lead & Executive Coach for HACE's Multicultural Leadership Program since August 2025, Dani specializes in assisting individuals in landing remote jobs and stepping into leadership roles. Dani also hosts The Pivot and Promotion Podcast and collaborates with Her Workplace to empower women and non-binary professionals through coaching and tailored programs.
