Jay Lockaby is a seasoned nonprofit executive and philanthropic strategist with over three decades of experience leading transformational fundraising efforts for mission-driven organizations. Currently, Jay is the Vice President for Development and Community Engagement at Visible Men Academy, where remarkable fundraising milestones have been reached, including a record-breaking $2 million capital campaign completed a year ahead of schedule. Jay's extensive past roles include leadership positions at Cancer Support Community and South County Health, where strategic initiatives significantly advanced organizational goals.
