Danielle Nicholson

Danielle Nicholson has extensive experience in human resources with a focus on enhancing organizational efficiency and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Hach since March 2017, Danielle provides critical support across various functions, implements a new HR Information System, and drives departmental efficiency. Previously, Danielle was the HR Manager at Numerica Corporation, where attention was directed toward recruiting elite technical staff and boosting employee engagement. Earlier roles include HR Generalist at TOLMAR Inc. and Office Manager at Home Savings Realty. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Leadership from Regis University and a B.A. in Psychology from Sonoma State University.
